Housing Factory has been building residential homes in Bangalore since 2010. We do not just develop and sell — we retain, manage, and operate many of our completed buildings ourselves. This means when you rent from us, you are dealing directly with the owner. No agents, no brokers, no commissions.

Properties for Sale: We periodically sell completed residential assets directly — villas, apartments, and fully tenanted rental income buildings. No brokerage. Transparent pricing. Our current sale listing includes a 4BHK luxury villa (₹2.89 Crore) and two 20-unit rental income buildings (₹5 Crore each) in prime Bangalore locations.
